How to Get a Good Night’s Sleep

With over 83 million American’s suffering from snoring or some type of sleep apnea, it is sad to realize how many are not getting a good night’s sleep. The human body needs eight hours of sleep in order to experience the ultimate form or relaxation. To get the most out of your nightly routine, here are some snoring solutions.

Studies show that the average person will need seven to nine hours of sleep. As noted it is important to get the appropriate amount of sleep in order to experience ultimate relaxation. However, one in three people experience insomnia or suffer from sleep deprivation. Sleep deprivation can accelerate our heart rates and impact breathing patterns which lead to snoring.

Establishing a routine before going to bed is important. Pavlov’s theory of dogs salivating to the tuning fork is a perfect understanding of conditioning our minds to relax for bed. Drawing a hot bath before bed time is a great way to condition our mind to wind down and relax.

Reading a relaxing book is also another habit to introduce to your nightly routine. Having a glass of warm milk might release your mind from the stress. Listening to classical music has also been noted as a form of relaxation. If a nightly routine can be established and sleep deprivation can be eliminated, this just may be one of the many snoring solutions to allow you to enter REM sleep and truly experience the ultimate form of relaxation. Their are many ways to create this pattern.
